De-Criminalize P2P


I've been saying this since Napster and now Lawrence Lessing at the WSJ agrees. The madness of RIAA and Hollywood, in viciously suing average people and casting them as criminals is atrocious.
On their [Universal] view of the law, she is liable to a fine of up to $150,000 for sharing 29 seconds of Holden dancing.
