It was Christian Dior who coined the term "cocktail dress" in the late 1940s, and since then there has always been a category of party clothes that fall somewhere between wedding-guest and gala attire.
A woman feels flirtatious in a cocktail dress. So why not shake things up a bit and have some fun?
